Short rental form are non-contract forms, but church rules still apply.

Need space for a class room, we have space to rent for your next class room tutoring.
4 months is minimum leasing, Max leasing is one year.
Lease agreement contract is Required.
A. Sanctuary: Wedding for 250.00 people $500.00 (Includeds rehearsal)more than 250 price increases: Trustee fee $100.00 of the $500.00
B. Funeral: $300.00 - Repast in fellowship hall - $200.00 with Funeral.
Repast in fellowship hall Only- $400.00
C. Parlor: $150.00 only not more than 50 peoples.
The Parlor is the best selection for all types of small settings, small kitchen and microwave oven. (Training sessions, seminars,lectures, and lunches).
D. Fellowship Hall: $400.00 with kitchen included.
It would be for public meetings, exercise, classes, plays, luncheons, celebrations or receptions.
Our lovely Fellowship Hall with a stage and curtains is an excellent feature to assist with any of the above mentions. We have available tables that seat up to 10 each side and may be arranged accordingly to your needs.?
The seating capacity is 180 - 200 (?) depending on the table arrangments. Kitchen is for catering only. Bring your own Dishware.
Mt. hope reserved the right to do a Price adjustment to meet the competition of other churchs.
All fee can be paid in full or a week advance before your events start.
For safety reasons, candles may only be used by special arrangement and permission from the Pastor.
Heads of committees are to norify the trustee of various meetings request entry into the church including time of leaving so that the trustee will able to open
and close the building. If set-up of tables and chairs needed please request in advance. The trustee is required to open and closed the church for All meetings or makes
arrangement wirh authorized closer.
